Nice to meet you…

Here we are — cozy corners, fresh-baked bread, and a steaming cup of coffee in hand.

The Heard is life from my small college apartment — where faith, creativity, and cozy routines come together. I’m a student, believer, baker, apron enthusiast, coffee lover, and unapologetic sourdough nerd. I also love writing and exploring all the little hobbies my grandma passed down — from crafting to preserving simple joys in everyday life.

I grew up in a little cabin surrounded by nature, honeybees, and my grandpa’s yearly vegetable garden. Those early days taught me patience, care, and the joy of working with what you have. Moving out into my own adventure, I’ve carried those lessons with me — filling my tiny apartment with cozy corners, homemade treats, and little moments of creativity and faith.

Life has been a journey of discovering joy in the small things: baking the perfect loaf of sourdough, experimenting with coffee, writing down my thoughts, or turning a humble space into a cozy homestead of my own.

The Heard is a space for young women to explore what it means to live intentionally with Christ at the center, making the most of the life and space you have while embracing creativity, faith, and cozy routines.

So grab your favorite apron, a cup of coffee, your journal, and maybe a little flour on your hands — let’s explore faith, life, and all the cozy, joyful moments in between.

With love,
Ellianna
